Mission Statement: Compassion Wyoming relies on the Christian principles of mercy and redemption to help facilitate the release and reentry of repentant offenders. We believe the following: that no human being is beyond redemption or rehabilitation; that successful reentry is possible for long-term offenders; that changes in laws and policies can ease the inflating burden of prison over population. We hope to influence public perspectives using a variety of tools, including historical data that demonstrates the realistic potential for successful prisoner reentry.
