PromisePath
Children of prisoners are more likely to lack educational access and face stigma from their community than their peers.
PromisePath® supports children of prisoners and caregivers by providing education assistance, community mentoring and spiritual resources.
Key Intervention Areas
Safety
Children receive safety training and visits from a Christian caseworker to ensure they live in a safe and caring environment.
Health
Children receive regular health checks and medical care, as well as access to food support as necessary.
Education
Children access education through school uniform and fee assistance, and caseworker visits for a bright future.
Spiritual Care
Children connect with a church mentor and receive Scripture resources to heal wounds and experience God’s love.
A Path for Every Child
Designed for children and about children, this guide offers insight into the unique challenges faced by kids with an incarcerated parent. Use it to discuss the familial, emotional, and educational struggles these children experience with your own family.
Securing Key Materials Despite Challenges
Like many of our partners, Compassion Wyoming has faced challenges in securing printed materials for our programs. However, through effective management and community support, we received a generous donation from a local organization, covering the needed resources to successfully complete a quarter of program activities

Testimonials
When our program was first introduced, I didn’t expect it to bring significant changes. But God quickly showed me how powerfully He works through this initiative in the lives of prisoners. Their behavior and the overall atmosphere in the cells have improved dramatically

Through this program, I’ve come to see the Bible as a gift that reveals God’s love for me. Every time I read it, I feel alive. I know that Jesus is with me, and even though I’m still in prison, I’ve found freedom within. When everything else fails, Jesus never does
Ulanda, PrisonerMalawi
In the darkness and hopelessness of prison, I found the light of Jesus and accepted Him as my Savior. This program brought me hope and purpose in a place where it felt impossible to find
